Sales & Customer Service Specialist

Clean Vibz Kzoo is looking for a self-directed Sales & Customer Service Specialist to confidently manage client communication, scheduling, and sales decisions — often working independently in a small office.
This role is a good fit if
- You like being the point person
- You don't need constant supervision to stay on track
- You learn well from videos, SOPs, and systems
- You're comfortable being the only person in the office at times
- You prefer calm, intentional sales — not pressure tactics
- You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
This role is not a good fit if
- You need frequent reassurance or real-time feedback
- You're uncomfortable working alone
- You prefer a large office with lots of daily collaboration
- You struggle making decisions without immediate backup
What you'll be doing
- Sales & client care. Talk with potential clients, ask the right questions, and help the right people book services. The goal is a 25–30% conversion rate — not selling to everyone. Fit matters here.
- Scheduling & operations. Manage the master schedule, assign technicians, set up recurring services, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Client relationships. Support existing clients, handle questions or concerns, and help maintain long-term relationships.
- Problem solving. Think through schedule changes, client needs, and technician coordination with a solutions-first mindset.
Work environment & expectations
- This is an in-office role in Kalamazoo.
- You'll sometimes work alone in the office.
- Because it's a small office, this role requires comfort working independently and staying on task without constant in-person support.
- You'll be trusted to manage your responsibilities without micromanagement.

What we're looking for
- 2+ years in sales and customer service
- Strong phone communication skills
- Experience scheduling service-based teams
- Comfortable using CRMs, scheduling software, and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 65 WPM or higher
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- High school diploma or equivalent
