Scheduling Questions
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
Nope, you have the freedom to decide. If you won't be around during our visit, just let us know beforehand. You have several options: you could hide a key in a secure spot, share your door code with us, or we can keep a key at our office, ensuring we have access to your home on the scheduled cleaning day. For deep cleaning sessions, we do recommend being present for the final walk-through. Our team takes great pride in their work and loves to personally showcase the transformation of your space. However, if you're not able to be home, don't worry. We'll still reach out with a follow-up call to ensure everything meets your expectations and that you're delighted with the results. At Clean Vibz Kzoo, we're not just about cleaning; we're about creating moments of satisfaction and peace of mind for our clients.
We do our best to be "right on time." But, we do have a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic, going over on the previous house or weather. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late we will call you.
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments. We hope that our quality will keep you on our schedules!
Cleaning Questions

We use primarily Envirox products. These are professional janitorial cleaners that are much more effective than grocery store products.
We offer recurring cleaning services (weekly, biweekly and monthly), First Time Cleans and Deep Cleanings.
For cleanings under 7 hours we only send one cleaner. For longer cleanings, we will send two cleaners.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We hire for integrity and train for skill.
At this time, we do not offer cleaning services during evenings or weekends.
