Support Specialist
Clean Vibz Kzoo — Kalamazoo County's premier residential cleaning company — is growing, and we're looking for a Support Specialist ready to make our cleaning techs' workdays smoother, more enjoyable, and supported every step of the way. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to make a real difference for our team.
About the role
This role is all about supporting our cleaning techs and making sure they have everything they need to love their jobs and do their best work. You'll focus on dispatching, scheduling adjustments, and giving techs the tools and support to succeed — and you'll help with HR responsibilities like hiring and keeping our policies on track, all while fostering a positive, productive team.

What you'll do
- Tech support. Be the go-to person for our cleaning techs, so they feel supported and valued throughout their day.
- Scheduling & dispatching. Manage day-to-day schedule changes and dispatching with clarity, keeping operations running smoothly.
- Learn the role. Spend time understanding the techs' work — stepping into their shoes to build trust and connect with their challenges.
- Team culture. Build a supportive environment that puts the happiness and well-being of our techs first.
- HR support. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and policy adherence to keep a high-performing, positive team.
What this role is not
- Not a sales role. This position is focused solely on internal operations and team support.
- Not client-facing. You may occasionally talk with clients, but your primary job is setting our techs up for success.

What we're looking for
- 2+ years in an office or administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Scheduling experience
- Ability to connect with and support team members empathetically
- Familiarity with tools like Slack and Google Workspace
- HR experience (preferred)
