Kalamazoo County’s premier residential cleaning company, Clean Vibz Kzoo, is expanding, and we’re seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. Position: Support Specialist

This role is all about supporting our cleaning techs and ensuring they have what they need to love their jobs and perform at their best. You’ll focus on dispatching, scheduling adjustments, and providing techs with the tools and support to succeed. You’ll also assist with HR responsibilities, like hiring and maintaining policy adherence, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tech Support: Be the go-to person for our cleaning techs, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their day.

  • Scheduling & Dispatching: Manage day-to-day schedule changes and dispatching with efficiency and clarity, ensuring smooth operations for the team.

  • Learn the Role: Spend time understanding the job of the cleaning techs, stepping into their shoes to build trust and better connect with their challenges and needs.

  • Team Culture: Build a supportive environment that prioritizes the happiness and well-being of our techs.

  • HR Support: Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ensuring adherence to company policies to maintain a high-performing, positive team.

What This Role Is NOT:

  • No sales. This position is focused solely on internal operations and team support.

  • Not client-facing. While you may occasionally communicate with clients, your primary role is to ensure our techs are set up for success.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an office or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Scheduling experience

  • Ability to connect with and support team members empathetically.

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and software like Slack and google workspace.

  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

  • Availability: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

  • HR experience (preferred).
